Our Delicious Story
For the last 25 years, we have been running a family owned business in and around Winchester. Whether it’s holding a workshop, catering for a function, or providing food for a more intimate affair, Saira’s Kitchen will cook you outstanding food tailored to your needs.
Using only fresh and authentic ingredients, we cook Pakistani food the way it’s been made for hundreds of years. Taking no shortcuts, we toast and grind our own spices and use fresh, flavourful curry leaves.
We offer a variety of cookery workshops, from private to groups of six. You will have the opportunity to cook with Saira, learn new recipes, and enjoy a sit-down meal at the end.

Our Next Cookery Workshop

We have 3 spaces available for Saturday 5th April from 10-14 pm & Saturday 17th May 17-21 pm.
This workshop enables you to come and have a hands-on fun experience, to cook/learn five different recipes in our home kitchen. The workshops are for six people at a time so you can really benefit by learning in a small group.
After cooking, you will sit down to enjoy your cooked food over lunch or supper with a glass of wine. Our workshops are designed to be very flexible from the choice of menu to any dietary requirements. You will be amazed what we can create in that time and you will be welcome to take the recipes home with you.
It’s a fun and informal introduction to Pakistani/ Indian cuisine and you get to know about the techniques and use of spices.
Just bring yourself with a smile and everything else is provided here.
