Fantastic fun for four hours where it's all hands-on experience, you get to cook five different recipes and then sit down to eat over lunch or supper. Had a fantastic time teaching a cookery workshop on Saturday. One of the recipes I taught was how to make tandoori naans without a tandoor – using a gas stove (or a grill, or even a pizza oven). Plus, we learned how to easily adapt the recipe for peshwari and garlic naans 🫓✨
