Bengan Bartha

Aubergine cooked on the charcoal to capture the smoked flavour, served in lemon juice and natural yogurt. These mini bites of naan bread with a layer spread of aubergine is divine.

King Prawns

Spicy king prawns which are marinated in lemon juice, seven different spices and herbs are accompanied by homemade coriander mayonnaise
